“Thanks for Life” is a VTV’s year-end grand show, which delivers positive messages and tells inspiring stories collected through the whole year about Vietnamese people.

For several years in a row, Minh Trang has become a familiar storyteller and companion with thousands of TV viewers, who came to many places throughout the country including remote villages after severe disasters or hidden hospital’s corners where people are fighting off fatal diseases, etc.

Children art troupes representing different countries take part in the International Children's Festival annually, which is organized by Vietnam Television (VTV) to promote cultural exchange and to promote understanding and unity between children of the participating countries. The Gala Night, which is broadcasted live on VTV1 channel, offered audiences special performances of the children from different delegations, especially a Carnaval to show the unique culture and historical traditions of Vietnam.

This is a daily talk show of VTV about people with strong fortitude in coping with serious upheavals in life. While similar broadcasted programs had chosen charitable approaches and emphasized on characters’ difficulties, which resulted in the habit of taking pity and looking down on those people, the production team of “Who’s coming today” tried to go a different way by eliminating this inherent conception as well as looking at their positive belief to get over obstacles then built up an inspirational orientation instead.
